How
to Place an Order
Add items to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart"
button on the category pages. When you finish shopping, proceed to Checkout
by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" in the top right corner
of your browser.
The View/Checkout page provides a list of the items in your shopping
cart with the subtotal for the items. You can make adjustments to the
item quantities and items listed before you select Continue Shopping,
Create a Printable Quotation, or Proceed to Checkout.

Payment
Options
There are two ways to place your order: online credit card processing, and
printing an online quotation for payment by Purchase Order or check.
Credit Card Processing
Payment can be made using our secure online credit card processing feature.
Select the credit card payment option in Checkout and follow the instructions
given. We support the following credit cards:

Online Quotation
If you prefer to pay by purchase order or check, generate an online quotation
from the Shopping Cart by choosing the "Create a Printable Quotation"
button. Print the online quotation from your web browser.
Send a copy of your online quotation with a check or hardcopy purchase order
to the address below:

For faster processing, fax a copy of your signed purchase order with a copy

Shipping
The shipping charges indicated below will be applied to all shippable
orders unless otherwise stated. These charges will be calculated and
adjusted when you check out. Each of our products is categorized
in 4 shipping classes, based on weight and dimensions, as followed:
Class 1 (0-1 lb), Class 2 (1-5 lbs),
Class 3 (5-10 lbs) and Class 4 (> 10lbs). Downloads, licenses,
subscriptions, etc... will not incur shipping charges.
Orders must be received by 1:30 PM, US Pacific time to be shipped on
the same business day. Orders from the LogoMart are shipped by RLK &
Associates, Inc from St. Charles, MO and must be received by 12:00 PM,
US Pacific time to be shipped on the same business day.
Orders received later in the day, or on holidays and weekends will be
shipped the next business day.
Domestic Shipment
We provide four shipping methods for domestic orders: Next Business
Day Early AM (by 8:30 AM), Next Business Day (by 10:30 AM), Second
Business Day and Ground Shipping (1-7 days).

International Shipment
All international shipments will be made via DHL International Services.
Logo merchandise will be shipped via UPS International.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your shipments to arrive.
Currently, we ship to most of the countries worldwide. Use the

The cost of shipping varies depending on the country of destination.

Sales
Tax
State sales tax are applicable for orders from the following U.S. states:
AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NJ,
NM, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
Sales tax is automatically calculated by the online credit card processing
prior to submitting your order. Sales tax is added to all online quotation
orders at the time the order is processed (see quotation terms and conditions).
Please send a copy of your valid tax exemption certificate with your
purchase order to allow us to properly process tax exempt orders.

Member
Services
You can use the Member Services
pages to update your account information or check the status of your
orders.
Your order history, track orders, change billing or shipping profiles
can be viewed at any time. The account profile information on file at
the time of your order is used for that order. Changes to your account
profile are used for future orders.
To access this personalized secure service, click the "Member
Services" area located in top navigation bar. (You must be signed-in
to see the Member Services link).

Returns
Our return policy is simple. Any item in its original condition can
be returned within 30 days from receipt of your order. Please enclose
your original packing slip with the returned items and write the reason
for the return on the back of the original packing slip. We can
refund the shipping costs only if the return is a result of our
error.
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you want to order another
item from us, return the unwanted items requesting a refund, and order
the desired items under a new order. This policy does not apply to items
that were incorrectly shipped. For incorrectly shipped items, please
indicate the correct items and our return center will get the proper
items shipped to you.

Usage based purchases (such as onDemand Licensing) vary by product
and length of purchase and are not covered by the 30 day return policy
above. Our return policy on usage based purchases are evaluated case-by-case,
based on the specific product and the length of purchase. Every effort
is made to be fair and equitable in any adjustments.

Security
Our secure server software (SSL) ensures the security your Internet
transactions. This software encrypts all your personal information,
credit card numbers and address information so they can't be read during
Internet transmission. A licensed secure system is used for credit card
authorization and fraud detection.
Beginning January 1, 2000, users of Netscape Communicator version
4.05 or earlier and Microsoft Internet Explorer for Macintosh will
encounter a dialog stating "Certificate Authority Is Expired" when
accessing one of our secured pages. Simply click Continue: the SSL
session that secures your transaction with our site is not affected.
You can avoid the dialog box in the future by upgrading your browser.

Customs
Information
Customs or import duties are levied when a package reaches its destination
country. Customs policies vary from country to country; we have no control
over these charges and can't determine what they will be. Charges for
customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We suggest you contact
your local customs office for further information. The value of the
items for customs declaration will be $2 (US Dollars) for CD-ROMs and
$3 for each book or manual.

Amazon.com
We're pleased to offer you a variety of recommended CAE and finite element
analysis books through the Amazon.com program. Books selected from the
"Recommended Books" page are ordered directly from Amazon.com
and subject to Amazon.com payment, shipping and customer support procedures.
We are not responsible for items ordered via the Amazon.com Associates
program.
